I'm a huge fan of weddings that feel different and special to the couple. Weddings that reflect your personality and don't just feel like a yearly performance review with canapes.
Maybe you've got a very specific idea of what the dancefloor should sound like. Maybe your taste runs metal, nu-disco, tech house or indie... or you'd like a large dose of Charli XCX and Ninajirachi. The more specific the brief, the better, I want your mates and your nan on the dance floor. With music that's actually mixed, not just a playlist.
Put it this way: if your dream first dance is a Chris Brown song, I'm probably not your guy. But if you want a fun, inclusive, and memorable party, check my availability. I offer MC services that are non-intrusive and maintain the flow of your day with class.
I used to teach English to rooms full of people who didn't speak the same language. Now I DJ weddings for crowds who don't listen to the same music. Turns out it's the same skill.

I'm a one-person operation. The person answering your messages, learning your music, and reading the room at your party: that's me, every time, no exceptions. I'm not an agency who will roster you on with their next available DJ.
You deal with me from start to finish. It means that when you tell me something about your day, it stays with someone who was there for the whole conversation. I’m happy to meet for coffee or a drink before the day, so by the time your wedding or event arrives you're not handing the night over to a stranger.

Light and Sound
I will bring the right equipment for your room (JBL tops, Electro-Voice sub, Wolfmix for lighting, Shure for wireless microphones) to make sure it sounds loud enough to fill the floor, quiet enough that the people who want to talk still can.
I use a custom lighting setup to bring premium atmosphere: warm amber during dinner, slow builds for the first dances, big energy when the party peaks.
It makes your expensive room look like an expensive room, not a blue-light disco. My nightmare is cheap, flashing coloured dots that ruin your professional photos.

My Background
I spent years living in Germany, Barcelona, and Mexico City, running language camps before ending up behind the decks in smoky bars in Hamburg and Berlin.
Fourteen years in education was enough, so I came back to Perth, started this business, and everything clicked: the planning brain from education, the music brain from Berlin, and the crisis-management brain from managing international language schools and staff.
Now I DJ weddings and events full-time, bringing German precision to the planning and Perth warmth to the dancefloor.
